Any business that runs on appointments or reservations: salons, spas, barbers and clinics (appointments), restaurants and cafés (tables), hotels and homestays (rooms), workshops and shows (event tickets) and cab or travel operators (trips). You switch on only the booking types you need.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers book on your website from any phone or computer. If they like, they can install it on their home screen like an app — and you get a separate admin app for running the business.
How does it reduce no-shows?
Customers who opt in get an automatic WhatsApp confirmation when they book and a reminder the day before. If they can’t make it, they can cancel online with their booking code, so the slot opens up for someone else.
Can I still take bookings over the phone or walk-ins?
Yes. You can add bookings yourself from the admin panel, and they appear in the same schedule as online bookings, so availability is always correct.
How do customers pay?
Customers pay at your business as they do today — at the counter, the hotel desk or to the driver. Online payment through Razorpay or Cashfree is being added.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
