Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Adstargo, a digital product operated by Feeshub. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
Nature of the product
Adstargo is a digital software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is delivered electronically to your account immediately after a successful payment of ₹99.
Cancellation
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops any future renewal; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period.
Refunds
Because Adstargo delivers AI-generated output on demand, we generally do not offer refunds once generation credits have been used. However, we will review refund requests in good faith in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You were charged but access was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
- The service was materially unavailable for an extended period after your purchase.
To request a refund, email support@feeshub.in within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and the payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Cashfree Payments and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
