These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Adstargo, an AI ad-copy and audience-targeting product. Adstargo is a brand operated by Feeshub, referred to here as “we”, “us” or “the Company”. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Adstargo generates advertising copy variants and audience specifications from the briefs you provide. Output is generated by automated systems and is provided for your review; you are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any copy before publishing it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Plans, pricing and payment
Paid access to Adstargo is offered at ₹99 as described on our pricing page. Payments are collected by Feeshub through Cashfree Payments, our third-party payment processor. The charge may appear as “Feeshub” on your card or bank statement. We do not store your full card details; these are handled by Cashfree Payments under their security standards.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Adstargo to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that violates the advertising policies of the platforms on which you publish. You are solely responsible for the campaigns you run using our output.
5. Intellectual property
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the ad copy you generate for your own campaigns. The Adstargo platform, software and branding remain the property of the Company.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific advertising result, conversion or return on ad spend. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the Company’s registered location.
